Is coaching included in the first visit?

The first visit includes a sample meal guide to get you started. Full custom coaching — a high-protein diet and workout plan built around your InBody numbers — is a separate add-on, because it's genuinely tailored and takes a day or two to build.

Do I have to train to lose weight here?

No. The medical plan works on its own — coaching is an optional add-on. And you don't have to follow a strict diet or training program to use it. If you ever feel stuck, sometimes a quick conversation and one small lifestyle change is all it takes to get moving again.

Why does muscle matter when I'm trying to lose weight?

Muscle keeps your metabolism up and your body strong as you lose fat. Losing muscle along with fat is how people end up rebounding. We track it on the InBody and protect it.

Can coaching work with semaglutide or tirzepatide?

That's exactly where it shines. The medication takes the weight off; coaching makes sure what you lose is fat, not muscle — which is where most GLP-1 plans fall short.
