We don’t just look at the number on a standard scale. The Inbody 570 is a professional grade body composition analyzer that tells us exactly how much your weight is fat, muscle, and water. This allows us know where you are at with actually data and a way to track your progress to ensure you are getting the results your working towards.
Absolutely, no two bodies are the same! In the initial visit we provide a sample diet for you to follow. As the weeks progresses sometimes you can get stuck, which is totally normal and part of the process! at that point you have the option of talking with our MDs and CPT and with the help of our Inbody 570 we can create and diet and exercise plan tailored to each individual patient.

Every new patient receives a sample diet in their first visit to follow and jump-start their journey immediately. For those wanting a more aggressive and personalized transformation we offer custom tailored nutrition and exercise plans through our CPT. These plans are available as an add-on since they are always patient specific and depends on the Inbody 570 results as well.
