FAQ
Your questions, answered.
Everything we get asked most often — about our program, our medications, the InBody 570, pricing, and what to expect at your first visit.
01How long has New Life Medical Spa been in business?
How long has New Life Medical Spa been in business?
We've been family-owned and operated in Miami for over 20 years. Since 2005, we've helped patients reach lasting weight-loss goals through a combination of medical care and hands-on coaching.
02Is your program physician-directed?
Is your program physician-directed?
Yes. Every plan and protocol is directed by our physician, and you see the doctor at every visit — so your progress is supervised, safe, and adjusted as your body changes.
03What makes you different from other clinics — or from online weight-loss programs?
What makes you different from other clinics — or from online weight-loss programs?
Most programs give you one piece of the puzzle: a prescription mailed to your door, or an app with no real oversight. We combine physician care, ACE-certified coaching, and InBody 570 body-composition data under one roof, with in-person, weekly accountability. You're a patient here, not an order number.
04What is the InBody 570, and why do I need it?
What is the InBody 570, and why do I need it?
The InBody 570 is a professional body-composition analyzer that shows exactly how much of your weight is fat, muscle, and water — not just a number on a scale. It gives us real data to build your plan around and a clear way to track your progress week to week.
05Do I qualify for semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Do I qualify for semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Eligibility is determined by our physician based on your health history and goals — and lab work is required before we start any GLP-1 medication, so we can confirm it's safe for you. If a prescription isn't the right fit, we also offer effective natural options.
06What injections and supplements do you offer?
What injections and supplements do you offer?
We carry a range of medical-grade options, including lipotropic (MIC) injections, Sermorelin therapy, L-Carnitine injections, NAD+ injections and nasal spray, and appetite suppressants (prescription or natural). Your physician recommends only what fits your plan.
07Are there side effects?
Are there side effects?
As with any medication, the options we use can have side effects. That's exactly why everything here is physician-supervised: your doctor reviews your health history, starts you at an appropriate dose, monitors you at your weekly visits, and adjusts your plan if anything doesn't feel right.
08Do you offer personalized weight-loss plans?
Do you offer personalized weight-loss plans?
Absolutely — no two bodies are the same, so your medical plan is personalized from day one and refined each week as you progress. For a fully custom diet and workout plan, our ACE-certified trainer builds it specifically around your InBody numbers — that's a separate add-on, and it usually takes a day or two to prepare, because it's genuinely tailored to you, not pulled from a template.
09Will I receive a diet and exercise plan?
Will I receive a diet and exercise plan?
Every new patient gets a sample meal guide at the first visit to jump-start their journey. For a more personalized, aggressive transformation, our ACE-certified trainer can build a custom high-protein diet and workout plan from your InBody results — available as a separate add-on, since it’s tailored to each patient.
10What does the first visit include, and what about costs after that?
What does the first visit include, and what about costs after that?
Your first visit is $125 and includes everything: physician consultation, appetite suppressant, a lipotropic injection, a sample meal guide, your full InBody 570 analysis, and a walk-through of your numbers. After that, the cost of medications or any add-ons depends on the plan your physician builds with you — and we always go over pricing before anything is prescribed. No surprises.
11How do I pay, and do you take insurance?
